Privacy

This is a small neighborhood business run by Dylan Drake. Here is what happens to the information you send.

What I keep

When you send a request, I keep your name, how to reach you, what you asked for, any preferred time, and your address if you give it. If we agree on a job, I also keep the visit dates, what was done, and payments. I don’t ask for your age, health, or why you need help.

How it’s used

Only to reply to you, agree on and schedule the work, remind myself about it, and keep an accurate record of the business. My parents can see the same records as a backup. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising, and there is no public list of customers.

Who stores it

The records are kept in a private database (Supabase). The website is hosted by Netlify. If you give an email address, a copy of your reference is sent through an email service (Resend). Text messages are only sent if you have agreed to them, and you can reply STOP at any time. If Dylan or his parents add his schedule to their own Google or Apple calendar, visit times, a short name, and the address appear there too.

No tracking

This site has no advertising trackers or session recording.

Changing or deleting your information

Tell Dylan when he contacts you, or send a request through this site saying what you’d like changed, and he will correct or delete your details. Totals that don’t identify you (for example, how many visits were completed in a month) may be kept.
